Interior Architecture and Design
Introduction
This blog will focus on fundamental discussions in Interior Architecture and Design. It will include discussions on professional practice, education, and learning, as well as considerations for possible future changes in practice.
The discussions, review and critical analysis focus primarily on my studies and reflections for my Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design. I will focus on computational design application, craftsmanship and sustainability and will consider how architects make their decisions regarding aesthetics, material and ethical implications.
I am hoping that I will further deepen my critical analysis and understanding through the writing of these blogs and how to consider objective and subjective practice.
This site will be divided into three core sections, continued live posts of current interests in Interior Architecture and Design (Blogs) an Annotated Bibliography, and a critical analysis of a key text.

I will reflect upon my own professional and academic practice, becoming a critical reflective practitioner allows me to consider the four lenses “...autobiographies as teachers and learners, students eyes, our colleagues experiences and theoretical literature’ (Brookfield, 1995, p.29)
This blog is initially being developed through academic reading on the Master’s module Research and Enquiry with supported references.
